Food

A local chef, Adrienne Jackson, has curated a menu that will highlight Saskatchewan food producers and in season food options.  All food is designed to compliment the four elements of earth, air, water, and fire while ensuring all food allergies/sensitives are addressed.   When you arrive Friday evening, you will enjoy a charcuterie board in the third floor attic space.  Breakfast is served both Saturday and Sunday in the kitchen so you can see the beautiful sunrise from the kitchen table.   Sitting in the dining room surrounded by original woodwork and antiques makes the fresh bread and soup even more soul filling.  Adrienne has designed an incredible pizza bar with the ability to stick to prescribed menu or experience  all the toppings as you create your own pizza that is then "fired" on a woodfired pizza oven.  When designing the menu, Marea wanted a food experience where your eat great food, all allergies and food preferences are taken into account.   As you create in the studio over the weekend, Adrienne has created a sustaining menu to keep the connection through creativity continuing on as you dine with your group and Marea.
